How It Works
Step #1 — Property Visit & Evaluation
We begin with a personal visit to your property to assess its layout, condition, and rental potential.
Our experienced team identifies opportunities to enhance appeal through minor aesthetic or functional upgrades - such as fresh paint, hot water systems, lighting improvements, or updated window treatments - ensuring the unit meets our premium standards.
Any furniture the landlord wishes to retain in the unit is carefully catalogued. Many of our managed residences are offered fully furnished; in such cases, [Company Name] often furnishes the unit at our own cost, incorporating any existing pieces the owner wishes to keep as part of a cohesive interior design plan.

Step #2 — Proposal & Agreement

- Our lease terms and rent structure

- Estimated turnaround time (typically 30 days) for making the property market-ready
Once terms are agreed, we finalize the lease and begin preparations - transforming your property into a residence fit for long-term expatriate professionals, and where suitable, for short-stay business travelers.
Step #3 — Preparation & Setup
Our design and operations team take over every detail - furnishing and styling the unit with tasteful, durable furniture, modern appliances, and elegant décor.
We handle all logistics, installations, and vendor coordination to ensure the apartment is delivered spotless, fully functional, and ready for photography and listing.
Step #4 — Tenant Placement & Management
Once prepared, your property is marketed to our exclusive network of multinational corporations, embassies, development agencies, and vetted expatriate professionals.
We manage all aspects of tenant screening, documentation, rent collection, and communication.
In select cases, rent payments may begin upon occupancy - based on market demand, property condition, and location.
Step #5 — Ongoing Care & Upkeep
Every property under our management receives continuous, hands-on care. Our in-house team handles routine cleaning and minor maintenance, with optional paid housekeeping and cooking staff available for tenants who prefer a premium, hotel-like experience.
For major repairs, we consult you before engaging qualified technicians. Every maintenance task is logged, tracked, and documented for full transparency.
